NOTICE:
We cannot sweep your chimney and appliance if your stove is full of hot or warm ashes - please have your firebox cold and free of ashes for service. A minimum charge will apply if we need to rebook if it is too hot to sweep.
Customer Requests for Additional Inspection Services While Sweeping:
Example: Check roof, flashing, chimney top etc.
95% of our sweeps are conducted from the bottom with our specialized equipment. If we are requested to go to the chimney top to inspect and the chimney is reasonably accessible there will be no charge. But if the chimney must be accessed by rope and harness for sweeping or inspecting there will be an additional charge that is based upon the extra work required.
Cracked Stove Glass or Bricks, gaskets falling off?
We custom cut wood stove glass and replace fire bricks and gaskets, please let us when you are booking and we will advise our pricing and procedures.
